Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information about our roofing services and for Northwest Indiana roofing education. It is not a quote, a warranty, or professional advice for your specific property. Cost figures shown are planning benchmarks, not offers.

Estimates & Inspections

Estimates and inspections are provided based on the conditions observed at the time. Concealed conditions (for example, hidden decking damage discovered at tear-off) may change the scope and price; any such changes are handled by written change order before the work proceeds.

Insurance Claims

We can document damage and prepare an insurance-ready estimate, but your insurance company decides coverage under your policy. Consistent with Indiana law, we do not waive, absorb, or rebate homeowner insurance deductibles, and we never advertise or promise a “free roof.” Your deductible remains your responsibility.

Credentials

Indiana does not issue a statewide roofing trade license. We carry local contractor registration, liability insurance, and workers’ compensation — and we’ll show proof on request.

Warranties

Workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms are provided in your written scope and the applicable manufacturer documentation. Warranty coverage and exclusions are defined in those documents.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anto Roof Replacement & Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under a signed services agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
